I will send you a questionnaire for some initial information so I can use our time to maximum benefit and then we will chat via zoom. I will talk through your weight loss struggles and advise you on the best route to healthy weight loss. If appropriate, I will provide you with additional support via my Weight Loss For Life programme at a discounted price.

If you are eligible and want an extra boost to your weight loss efforts, we can also discuss weight loss medication, which I can prescribe for delivery to your door.
